Nibbii is a one-time purchase. If the app isn't right for you, email hello@nibbii.pet within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hassle.
Nibbii Pro and Managed AI subscriptions
You can stop future renewals at any time. For an iOS subscription, cancel through Apple in iOS Settings or the App Store. For a Stripe subscription, use the available billing portal or contact us. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided and processed by Apple. Request an Apple refund through the “Report a Problem” service or Apple Support. For direct purchases, contact us and we will apply the advertised guarantee and your statutory rights.
Credit top-ups
One-off credit ("sparks") top-ups are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise.
Faulty or misdescribed software
Separate from the goodwill guarantee above, if the app is faulty, doesn't work as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
How to request a refund
For an Apple App Store purchase, use Apple's “Report a Problem” service or contact Apple Support; Apple decides and sends those refunds. For a direct Stripe purchase, email hello@nibbii.pet from the address used to buy and we will help.
