These Terms explain the Nibbii Mac app, optional paid services, and your consumer rights.

The service
The base Mac app is free to keep. It includes one starter pet, two worlds, core care and play, simple essentials, and growth through Level 10. Pro unlocks the complete pet, world, growth, activity, AI, and customisation feature set. Optional paid services are shown before checkout. Nibbii is strictly for people aged 13+.
Prices, preview, and renewal
Prices are in USD. Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day Pro preview without entering payment details. The no-card Pro preview ends automatically and never becomes a paid subscription. Lifetime Pro is $9.99 as a one-time payment and includes 5,000 bonus Sparks. Monthly is $3.99/month and includes Pro plus 30,000 AI Sparks every month. Monthly is a separate optional subscription: Stripe charges the amount shown when you confirm checkout. Top-ups are sold in $5, $10, $20 amounts. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
Cancellation and lapse
Cancel through the Stripe billing link or by emailing support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; paid access and any included balance lapse at the end of the paid period. Deleting an in-app account or its data does not cancel a Stripe subscription or refund a payment. Cancel billing separately first.
Refunds and consumer rights
We offer a 14-day refund promise for the first Pro payment. Unused paid top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request; consumed usage is not refundable except where required by law. Request a first Pro payment refund within 14 days of the first Pro payment. Email hello@nibbii.pet from the purchase email with the plan or top-up and purchase date. We process approved refunds within 14 calendar days, returning them to the original payment method through Stripe. Nothing in this policy limits statutory remedies for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed digital content or services.
Backups and recovery
Pet Progress backups can help restore local pet progress, but they do not restore billing, account identity, chat history, cloud recovery, credentials, or Sparks.
