Billing and refunds

Cancel through the Stripe billing link or by emailing support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; paid access and any included balance lapse at the end of the paid period. Deleting an in-app account or its data does not cancel a Stripe subscription or refund a payment. Cancel billing separately first. See the Refund Policy and Terms.

Pet Progress and privacy

Pet Progress backups can help restore local pet progress, but they do not restore billing, account identity, chat history, cloud recovery, credentials, or Sparks. For privacy requests, see Privacy Notice.
